Account & Data Deletion Request

We value your privacy. To delete your account and all associated data from our games, you have the following options:

Option 1: In-App Deletion

Open the game.
Go to Settings > Profile.
Tap "Delete Account".

Option 2: Web Request

If you no longer have the app installed, send an e-mail to bakeassadogamedev@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion". Include your Player ID or the e-mail address used to sign in. Our team will process the deletion of all your data from our servers.

What happens when you delete?

Upon confirming deletion, your progress, earned items, profile data linked to Unity Cloud, and login information will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

Processing Time

Deletion requests will be processed within 7 business days of the request.

Retained Data

In compliance with applicable laws, financial transaction records may be retained for the legally required period, even after the deletion of all other data.
